7/29/19: Headcanon a Dragon:
Nocturne runs a small canning business, the kind of quaint, inviting store you’d see a little ways off the highway and can’t help but want to stop in. The porch is decorated with flowers and a welcome mat and the interior smells of fresh wood, fruit, and a rich mix of spices. She makes all manners of jams, preserves, and canned fruits sourced through a close network of growers within the clan, but she uses her own peaches from a meticulously cared-for orchard out back.
Nocturne has a shy disposition but is nevertheless very good at selling her goods, able to sweet talk all but the most stubborn dragons into walking away with at least one jar extra. Not that most would need too much convincing; her jams especially are a clan wide sensation. There are a small group of loyal customers that have become her close friends, and they stop by often to help out in the orchard or just spend time catching up in the shop. Nocturne doesn’t venture outside her business very often, so the friends who come to visit her are near and dear to her heart.
