Telen came from the clan where residents are quite different and have little in common, so he feels at ease at the Temple of Soul. Despite being a Light dragon, he stongly believes that stars and fate are ruling one's path and often says that aloud, surprising those around him.
He is a a fortune teller who looks quite trustworthy, but actually is not that reliable - Telen enjoys stirring up trouble. He always wanted to see the world and to meet all kinds of dragons, all to satisfy own curiosity. He jokes around a lot, but is able to act serious in important matters. Telen takes own chores lightly and foresees mainly as a way to communicate and make friends in process, often messing up the results. Despite this, he is quite charming, so other dragons tend to both love and hate him.
