Who Lumi is and what she is doing in the wood remains as mystery. She is not willing to answer questions about her past and it remains unclear if it is something she doesn't want to be reminded about or does she simply not care about it. Whatever the reason may be she arrived one night saving a hunting party from Akakabuto when he was encountered for the first time and she has stayed in the wood ever since.

Lumi stands out from the other gaolers roaming the wood by not only being the only female but also being the only one able to talk fluently. She also stand out from other spirits by being more friendly than most of the other spirits found in the wood. Though being a spirit she doesn't reply to summoning calls but comes to chat when called by other ways assuming she doesn't have better things to do. She is direct and sassy often talking before thinking and she may come across a bit rude because of that. However, she doesn't mean to offend anyone, most of the time. She though does not like being told what to do and she makes that very clear if she feels like being bossed around. She is very strong-minded spirit and when the other gaolers were being used by the Shade mages she was the only one to keep her free will and aided the clan to get things back on track.

Lumi is warrior by heart and enjoys a good battle when she is offered one. She also has strong sense of justice she not giving a second thought to jumping in to save someone in danger, especially someone weaker. She is usually the first one to react to dangers but stubborn is usually the last one to escape considering that only if staying would cause more harm than escaping, and no one is in risk of danger. She is a bit prone to getting badly hurt but being a spirit she heals fast. She says she became spirit due to being too stubborn to let herself heal properly but it is impossible to say if she is serious or is she joking about her "minor" wounds. 		A piece of ragged parchment that is filled with runes.


Name origin: Named after one of Finlandia's own character from one of her stories. "Lumi" means "snow" in Finnish and it is also female given name.

The irises are color wheels while the pupils are white. The creature is looking compassionately towards the human.
