By order of clan leader Lupinus, all season is exalt season. All hatchlings born to the clan must adhere to strict standards. All hatchlings retained by the clan must meet expectations and face judgement by members of the clan. Hatchlings may be vouched for by Evolvulus and Passiflora, but all else meet no exception and must adhere to guidelines to retain safety.
No hatchling born to the clan of tempered sight may remain past adolescence. No hatchling taken in by the clan of tempered sight may remain past adolescence unless vouched for by Passiflora or by select members of the War Path.
Hatchlings with modified sight may stay as long as they feel comfortable or until the War Path finds they no longer benefit the clan. Hatchlings with modified sight do not need a sponsor, but many will be spoken for by Passiflora, broodfather and groundskeeper.
Hatchlings born to the clan of tempered sight with exceptional potential may be offered to clans abroad, and all remaining hatchlings by adolescence must face the mark of exalt and prepare to serve their purpose.
Hatchlings born to the clan of tempered sight with exceptional potential may be given sight beyond their own being before adolescence, and will be granted permission to remain within the boundaries of the clan's territories.

Pansy is the devoted and spooky mate of Lupinus, and what she lacks in her mates bloodlust she makes up for in emotional support and cryptic words of advice. Lacking for too heavy a maternal instinct herself, Pansy is not necessarily a negligent mother but is better suited to a life of spiritual counsel and philosophical discourse. Her daughters often inherit her creepy touch without retaining their fathers cruel spirit.
