"Curiosity will kill me someday. I don't think I would mind."

-A child born from the alliance between storm and sea. Despite inheriting the appearance of his mother, it seems he takes after his father more in terms of powers; something that doesn't please his father in the slightest.
-Mother left shortly after his birth, and he was left behind as her "payment" for his father's help in the war. His father didn't do much in his role as a father either, and left Adrian to the care of the palace servants. Did hire a nanny named Jo, and she raised him as best she could. Jo was eventually fired when Adrian turned twelve for letting Adrian run wild so much; something Adrian still resents his father for.
-From the moment he was born, was a curious and precocious child with an endless curiosity about everything around him. He also had a habit for getting into places he....really shouldn't have been able to, something that'd get him in trouble daily. He was very naturally charming and lucky though, and as the son of the King he was rarely punished for his dangerous actions - which led to him pushing his luck more and more as the years went by.
-Father finally sent him away at sixteen to a trusted family friend named Tormaigh. One of the few positive things his biological father had ever done for him.
-Tormaigh would end up being a father figure to Adrian, and had a huge impact on tempering Adrian's recklessness.
-Until that is, Tormaigh ended up disappearing into thin air, taking nothing and not even leaving a note. Adrian still has no idea what happened to Tormaigh, though he's still living in Tormaigh's house and hopeful that one day his adoptive father would return.
-Owns a cat named Spook, who was a stray he found and nursed back to health.
-Is extremely short-sighted, and needs glasses.
-Likes reading, but doesn't do it as much anymore since he rarely has the time.
-Works as an explorer/gatherer, and sells the stuff he collects in town. Sometimeshe's hired as a bodyguard due to his rare power and just general intimidating build.
-Favorite fruit is kiwis, but the climate here isn't compatible so he has to get them imported.
-An extremely powerful swimmer, and more at home in water than on land.
-Despite being extremely strong, doesn't like using his powers much due to him not liking the association with his father. If pushed, will actually pull the water right out of you tho.
-On top of water manipulation, has very minor shapeshifting abilities (which is how he has legs)
