Biography

Aizen of the Black Feathers
THIS DRAGON IS AN OC

A boy from the Black Feathers mage clan and also the younger brother of Marem.
Born from a clan woman and an outsider, with a frail body but the highest magic hability ever recorded on the Black Feathers clan.

Was actually the twin brother of Marem, but after learning that she was both in probation for marrying someone outside of the clan and pregnant with twins, their mother decided to use her magic to stop the development of one of the fetus.
Unknowingly to their mother, the magic casted had devastating effects on the twins. By freezing the time on one of them, the other absorved his magic circulation system while the spell casted sibling pulled the magic essence of the unfrozen one.
This leaved the mother with two unbornd childs, one with the means for magic control but zero magic power and the other with an inmense magic power but no hability to control it.

After Marem was born, the mother considered resuming the growing of the other baby inside her but in the end, she decided to let time pass as their situation was troubling enough with the probation still on.
Marem soon was branded as the worst mage ever born inside the clan, blaming his inhability to make magic into both his mother and father. Father and child were outcasted outside the coral barrier that divided the world in two.
The mother, was sentenced to a fate worse than death, becoming a Mindless, a creature used for battle with no control of its actions.

When she was turned into a Mindless, the magic on her unborn child broke, and a few months later, Aizen was born inside the Mindless corral.
As all the Mindless were identical one to other, only the Matriarch of the clan knew exactly who was Aizen's mother, reclutantly taking the child under her wing.
The kid grew up mysteriously being able to recognice his mother from all the Mindless, even when she wasn't able to recognice her son. He used to ran to the corral and sleep there, between the monsters.

Was fated that he wouldn't live past his tenth year due to the magic that run directly throug his veins instead on his magic circulation system slowly killing him and the severe illness he faced. He was given his Black Feather cape as an exception as the clan didn't believe the child would ever grow till adulthood to receive it by normal means.
But a chance encounter with the Legendary Doctor known as ECF, changed this. His real cause couldn't be cured, but the Legendary Doctor was able to relieve his effects, giving the boy a better opportunity on life.

At age thirteen he ran away from the Black Feathers home, in search of his missing brother and father, finally finding Marem almost two years later.
He's the youngest member of the tripulation on the ship Vestar.

Knowing his older brother made him resent both the clan and their Matriarch and when he was back on the island trying to get the sailing permission for the Vestar, he convinced Echo to join the colisseum fight to grant Marem his Black Feathers cape and reinclusion inside the clan, while he himself fought for Honor.
Fighting for Honor was a challenge no one tried anymore, as losing on the colisseum arena meant that the challenger was turned into a Mindless for daring to defying the Matriarch's power, and winning meant for a Mindless to be turned human again. But as there wasn't any possible means to distinguish a Mindless from another one, this challenge always ended as a failure even when it suceeded.
But no for Aizen.
