"The light...its blinding."

-Followed a gut feeling to the Mouth of Thanatos. Something's calling for him deep within the cave...
-He's wandered the cave several times, but hasn't found what he's looking for yet.
-Unable to speak. Possibly blind as well, but can sense things around him somehow.
-The blindness is a result of the Radiance, while his muteness is a result of the binding.
-Despite being mute, can communicate through some form of sign language. It's not something most of the people around here can understand though, so he usually resorts to charades or writing when possible.
-Has open sores beneath his robes that bleed golden.
-The symbols that bind him keeps the Radiance from spreading
-Living on borrowed time. The magic that powers the binding is slowly breaking down, and slowly the Radiance will devour the rest of Sun's sanity, and continue spreading its hunger through the world. Nothing can stop it forever.
-Glows slightly in the dark, though he used to shine. If you stand near him, you can still feel a bit of heat.
-Personality is a bit of a mystery as he can't talk, and his face is hidden behind his bindings... though he has showcased either a suicidal or self-sacrificial side during disasters.
-His obsession with the Mouth of Thanatos is due to his bloodline.
-Very distantly related to Sei; not that Sei remembers he has actual blood-related kids due to the state he was in during that time.
-Has some experience as a doctor, and helps patch up those with nowhere else to go. Takes extreme care not to let his blood contaminate his patients.
-Used to get vaguely prophetic dreams, though they stopped after he came here.
-Full name is Lucianus Foliot, though most people call him Lux. Despite appearance isn't that old.

-In original lore, Lux was a local doctor with divine heritage. His godly parent reached out to him for help when they were captured and imprisoned; using their remaining power to give him prophetic dreams and other breadcrumbs that led him to them.
-Freed them, and wasn't expecting them to backstab him and leave him to the mercy of the other Gods after all his help.
-Holds a very small piece of his parent inside of him, which burns and burns because it's too much for a mortal. His body is probably a mess on the inside, but the same thing that's destroying him also keeps healing him. It's a neverending, painful process. This small piece tricks the others into believing Lycus is still imprisoned and every now and then he coughs up golden blood as a result of this (the gods bleed golden. Funnily enough, the same shade of gold as Thanato's eyes).
-As time doesn't exist inside of the cave, he can't die. He's not sure how many years have passed now, and his mind isn't quite all there anymore. Still, he still refuses to hate Lycus for this because that's their last family member. Doesn't mean he's not hurt about it though.
-Wants to escape the cave, but with his crumbling sanity and mortal body there's not really much he can do. Hallucinates that Lycus is in there with him sometimes to comfort himself.
...it's a little heartbreaking.
-Still holds a certain belief that he'll be saved one day if he just holds out long enough.
