  A B O U T
Morgan’s position as a fisher has become a necessity as the crew has expanded and their voyages have gotten longer. He casts long, heavy nets that supply a fresh source of seafood to supplement the dried and pickled rations.

He has a talent for storytelling, telling fascinating tales as he repairs his nets. It’s not uncommon to find him in a tavern when the crew is ashore, spinning wild yarns for a rapt audience. Between his silver tongue and his brother’s witty jokes, the crew has no shortage of entertainment during the long days at sea.

Morgan is older than his brother Killian, and isn’t about to let him forget it. In true sibling fashion, he enjoys poking fun at him and going on about how responsible he is compared to his breakneck younger brother. Despite the occasional bickering, the two are quite close, with Morgan being the only level-headed dragon that can rein in some of Killian’s more harebrained schemes.

  H I S T O R Y
Because his father and most of his siblings are not coatls -- including Killian, the dragon he has known long enough to consider a brother -- Morgan displays rather un-coatl-like body language. Some of his mannerisms are distinctive enough to confuse others of his breed, moving both of his crests independently, more like the ears of a spiral or a pearlcatcher.

He has his brother’s surefootedness, using his long tail to steady himself on his perches, though he outgrew climbing far sooner and prefers much lower heights. He is an exceptional flier, with an agile, looping style that allows him to weave in the narrowest of spaces.

He originally sought employment aboard an airship where he could put his skills to use. However, Killain’s weak flying directed them toward oceanbound vessels. It was the best decision of his life as far as he is concerned, as he enjoys nothing more than starting his mornings with the smell of crisp sea air.
