As for this dragon, saying "to have eyes at the back of head" should be taken seriously and literally. Maybe he doesn't have a pair of eyes on back of head exactly, instead has like about 10 additional pairs of eyes along his body. It's yet unsure what's the role of all of the pairs, though there have been theories that at least some of them can see in UV (like bees), infrared or even see places with more or less magic powers, as an effect to being connected to the orb and antennae. One thing is sure, Vision sees much, much more than an average dragon.
