Other: Currently involved in a back and forth prank war with Tedo and Calluna, along with Zephyr. Both sides claim they're winning.
His designation was from back when he was still travelling; he performed many daring exploits with his best friend Zephyr, and one particularly wild stunt earned him that moniker. (It involved a battered glider, a jump off one of the many platforms located in the Cloudsong, and turning 'wind-surfing' into a more literal statement. Zephyr still teases him about it.)
Has an eye for aesthetics, and is a highly talented painter.
He can also bake, but Houji has requested to supervise whenever he does so, lest the kitchen look like three tornadoes had a food fight again.

Zephyr’s sharp, keen wits and cunning mind were what allowed him to survive despite being on the small side, and after befriending Sirocco, Zephyr abandoned his sect as soon as he could, tricking them into banishing him so that they wouldn’t think to pursue him. Together, the two journeyed across Sornieth, engaging in one daring stunt after another.
One day, Sirocco and Zephyr met Tedo and Calluna, and the four engaged each other in a battle of wits, which still goes on to this day (albeit at a staggered rate). Eventually, the two Spirals extended an invitation to join the Phrontistery, which they accepted after several more back-and-forth pranks. They announced their arrival by giving the external mesa a (temporary) makeover, via glow-in-the-dark paint, then washed the paint off when requested by way of funneling a bunch of clouds using magic into a mini rainstorm.
When they aren’t working on their projects, the duo can often be found in a lounge, cracking jokes or planning their latest pranks.

- Lost a bet in which he had to get a tattoo, so he went all out and sought out his friends in the Nature flight to give him special intricate cultural tattoos depicting a small piece of the history of their flight. If you have to get permanent body markings, might as well go all out and get the best ones you can.
