LIANA
"Chin up, love. The day will turn again. It always has before..."

The clan's Light Representative, Liana's duty includes negotiation with Light clans and heading worship of the Lightweaver. While her eyes betray her origins, she felt a calling to the light in her early adulthood. Liana has a somewhat complex relationship with faith, believing that the gods are fallible, just as mortals are, but that the values they represent still hold meaning, and can be used as a source of guidance.

She keeps the values of the Lightweaver close to her heart. It was those morals that drew her to Light's philosophy, and not the other way around. The endless pursuit of the truth, reaching out to those who are lost... she finds it quite admirable, and she strives to be that kind of dragon. She lives in the Temple of Light, a white marble building with plenty of windows and skylights for natural sunlight to peak through. Flowers that her wife have planted line the temple, all in perfect gradients and neat little rows.

While Liana used to be a warrior, she's sworn off of combat nowadays. It would take a life or death situation for her to pick up her spear again. She never wears even ceremonial armor and weapons, much to her Sol's chagrin. If they're attacking Liana, they deserve to die, as far as she's concerned. But then again, the Mirror was always the better of the two of them.

Sol loves her, but she envies her, too. She wishes that the world had let her be that kind. And yet, infuriatingly, Liana understands that. She isn't blind. She's a bit slow on the uptake, perhaps, but she isn't stupid, and she still chose to save Sol, knowing everything. While their relationship was born under strained and unhealthy circumstances, time in Clan Lucerna has done well for both of them, and they are both in a steadier place now.

Things are not perfect - they'll never be perfect. But they are better, now, and perhaps that is enough.
