8sBnNJN.gif In the gloomy entrance hall below far more comfortable quarters, a pile of dry mud and sticks marks an indentation just the right size to allow a scrawny tundra to curl up comfortably. No items or decorations personalise the nest: only a trail of muddy footprints and several strands of blue fur indicate who this hideaway belongs to.
The Brambles have little use for watchmen, but sending your own dragons to patrol is infinitely better than the alleys being patrolled by someone else's. Rainstorm's reckless disregard for his safety allows him to make his rounds at night, when visibility can drop to Shade levels of nothingness. He patrols every night in every weather, even when the autumn tempests blow across from the sea. As dangerous as Murkbarrow can be, he prefers to lead an isolated and independent life outside the lair, and the most his clanmates see of him is a daily trail of mud across the floor and a snoring mass of fur curled up in his nest.
