Biography
EHE : 1
Patient and gentle, Agim helps to tend to the forest in and around the Ravenwatchers' clangrounds. With a steady claw and a rumbling voice, he encourages both bramble and blossom alive to take root and flourish. The brambles he leaves as protection for the clan's borders. The blossoms and fruits, he harvests for both culinary and artisanal uses. He has no actual lair, and chooses to spend his nights out in the forest, and shelters in the hollows and ruins that are already there. Still, under Serenity's insistence, he has a small (for his size) shelter by the main clangrounds where he may safekeep that which he wishes to. And so in it he has shelves littered with a motely assortment of crystals and polished stones, given by Eskali during their various trades and exchanges.
One thing he is uninterested in, is the use of magic to influence life's course. He firmly believes in letting nature go its own way when it comes to his gardens, and does not fully approve of using magic to remove a blight or encourage bountifulness. Because of this, he often irks Wilfain, whose interests lie in helping the useful plants to flourish and grow. Oftentimes he has found himself staring down at the other in a disagreement over the inhabitants of the Ravenwatchers' gardens. Only recently have they come to a strained agreement that he would not interfere with her clifftop gardens and she do the same for the surrounding forests.
Agim does not remember much from his youth, or even of his home Flight. He only vaguely remembers a voice stirring him into wakefulness and the creaking of the tree as it stretched and bloomed from his withers. He remembers the voice telling him to head Southward, and he also remembers it telling him to protect the lives of the forest. And so he does, to this very day.
Agim and Dinrael, despite both so often being caught up in their own worlds, got along pretty well. Dinrael respects the slow methodical and thorough attention he gives to the forest, and he admires how she is able to so accurately depict the things she sees onto tablet and parchment alike. On the days she does venture out into the forest, he would take some time to show her new changes that have taken place since her last visit.
