Bio - Leona is a great warrior from an ancient society of Earth dragons spanning back to the beginning of dragonkind where only the Earth and Sun existed. Due to the lack of resources, the Kunpi dragons (meaning sun-charged) would take magnificent gems and imbued them into their skin and when the Sun would shine, they would absorb energy needed to thrive.

Now life on Sornieth is rich enough where this imbuing practice is no longer needed however most dragons of Kunpi origins occasionally adorn gems for an added boost to their abilities. Leona embellishes herself with light jade in a spine-like fashion to boost her defensive properties and it has become a staple for her abilities as a great warrior. Using the magic in the gems, the Sun and herself, she is able to manipulate rock and metal at will and uses it to create weapons for battle.

Leona attempted to introduce the art of gem imbuing in her old clan however she was quickly turned down due to the practice seeming unsafe and immoral by current society. Now in Cyptic Nighttide she works with the residents using pink chalcedony as the go-to gem of many. Eventually Leona taught this magic to Sivjorn after she lost the majority of her eyesight and being unable to fight. (OLD BIO)
