______ He didn't talk much. Maybe not at all. The Fae spent his time lurking through deep water, often mistaken for a lanternfish. Occasionally, he would float up amongst the thin mist above, serving as a guide to those that were lost. He would lead, and they would follow.

______ It was he who had led the clan to their home in the first place. Tired, hungry, and desperate, SeaGlass and Natalus had followed the curious glow. Corrusco showed them a place. A place where they could settle down and build their lives. And with that, he would keep his watch an inch above the surface, every night past dusk. If a lost wanderer so happens to come across him and his loyal companion, Beacon, he would make his move, diving deep into Shoredeep Presage. As if they were a moth to a flame, the adrift dragon would be drawn in, greeted in the cozy depths by members of the clan. This was how the Clan of Swift Currents came to be.
