A humble gemstone & weapon merchant, Kosven sells the weapons forged from the blacksmiths of the clan to other clans beyond Thunder-Arrow. He settled into the Outliers faction after befriending some of its nomadic members. Like many within the Outliers, Kosven's craft enables him to introduce Sornieth to the wonders and products of the clan's hard work. Kosven handles much of the exported goods produced by the clan, not just weapons. And it is this very role that has put him in the hot seat.

Kosven also has significant ties to the House of Sandwalkers and their thieves market. Not to mention he also is close friends with Stefan, treasurer of the clan. Taking a share of the profit from the exported goods, Kosven gives that money to Stefan who (after taking money from the rich dragons of the clan) in turn gives money back to the rest of the dragons in need of funds. Kosven believes that while stealing from the rich isn't a great way to build trust within the clan, he cares deeply for the other dragons like him struggling to sustain themselves under the rule of the matriarch.
