Ever since she was little, Circe could talk to ghosts and spirits. Now you might think that this was either a very good or very bad gift considering where she grew up, but mostly it was just confusing. If you see something every day of your life how exactly is it supposed to be scary? And why do some people not talk to each other? Did the glowy ones do something mean? It took quite a while for both her and others to figure out why this quiet passive child always seemed to be listening to something they couldn’t hear. It's because she was. Circe works as a weaponsmith studying under Carthus, though she’s much better with delicate work than he is. Something always seems to be telling her to put things together in certain ways and when a weapon is done- hm. Well, it would be rude not to name it, right? Yes this one is a Carla and she would work best with another lady…. Yeah it doesn’t take much to put two and two together and notice that she’s enchanting each weapon in her own way. Her work is delicate, beautiful, or maybe sturdy and practical. It all depends on what’s calling out to her at the time. It’s best that you heed her advice on what exactly to buy- you want to get along with your new knife, don’t you? Oh and here are some care instructions. This one likes the light. Circe is kind, caring, and a tiny bit eerie. It's not really her fault, especially considering her very best friend is some kind of smoke monster that hovers around her as she hammers a silver hued gun into shape. -Her work is extremely reliable, or perhaps one could say loyal, so long as you heed her instructions. -Do you want a gun that never jams and a blade that will always find you? She calls it 'sister'. -Does not have very much fight in her (she's...very soft), but can rise to the occasion for others, and makes a devastating team with Yuki. -Many call her 'moon-eyed' or 'cow-eyed' due to her large, pretty, and slightly blank eyes. She never really seems to be looking at you so much as past you.
