Ryusei 
favorite food(s):
Starfall Isles is no stranger to the astral "rain" that pelts it. However, one of the stray meteorites that landed was actually a hatchling, found by the members of Astéri Lune. Luceni took in Ryusei, and watches over him to see how he differs from ordinary dragons.
Ryusei is rather typical despite his origins, enjoying playing and biting... maybe biting a bit moreso. He also enjoys mischief, sometimes causing trouble for others. Rarely though does he bother Luceni, seeming to have respect for them. Luceni is also capable of withstanding his bites, no matter how hard, without much of a reaction.
Luceni has observed that Ryusei contains immense amounts of magical power, far more than most capable mages. He doesn't seem to have use of these abilities yet, which many are thankful for based on how much trouble he can cause. Luceni wishes to teach him discipline and use his magic for good, and fears that he could be capable of great calamities otherwise.
