An enigmatic dragon with immense Arcane magic, Luceni is a scholar that had helped found the college in Astéri Lune. They traveled to Sōlis out of interest to see it grow, but often return to the Starfall Isles for their studies, meeting with Lune's Progenitors each time.

They mostly keep to themselves, honing their magic, learning more of history as well as studying the shade and other anomalous forces in Sornieth. However Luceni excels socially, able to navigate most conversations with little to no trouble, despite their reclusive nature. They have a strong curiosity for the world around them, wishing to learn everything they can.

As of recent, Luceni has shifted their attention to the returning ancients, interested to learn for their reasons for both hiding away as well as emerging once again. Their draw towards the ancient dragons is quite curious; some have began to wonder if they have a connection to them. Luceni's past is unknown, as they actively refuse to speak on it, claiming it to be irrelevant.

Luceni shares their home with Ryusei, an unusual fledgling that fell from the sky. Ryusei is quite the anomaly, seemingly born from the stars themselves. However, he acts like a typical fledgling, having an interest in mischief and biting (lots of biting). Luceni can sense an immense amount of magical power stored in him, and wishes to teach him how to contain and use these abilities for good. Ryusei could allegedly be capable of some horrific feats, should he not be raised properly.

Rarely is Luceni at one place for long; they travel from Sōlis to Lune often, as well as exploring other territories in Sornieth. Ryusei is always at their side, as they wish to keep a close watch on him. Though Luceni is quite amicable, they don't have many what they would consider friends, instead having a network of colleagues and allies. This is preferable to them, considering how much work they put themselves through, though some clanmates wish to know them better.
