- What Lillya lacks in fighting strength and magic she more than makes up for with her brain and spirit. Lillya has an excellent memory and easily keeps track of the hundreds of records under her control. She views organization as a game where the only way one loses is if a transcription is misfiled or lost.

- Lillya received the gift of a Spellbound Tome from Jaguarfly for one of her birthdays and is the only creature that the tome allows to read it. Lillya treasures the tome because it records major events as they’re happening.

Background
Lillya was born to a large Fae clan that had all it ever needed. Growing up her life was pampered and easy, if not a bit overcrowded. Yet Lillya desired a life where she could make an impact. As soon as she got the opportunity Lillya left in search of something more than the life she left behind.
Lillya sought to see what her world had to offer, visiting clans as she traveled and took note of everything she saw. Her biggest disappointment was how similar each clan was to her birth clan. Many clans were composed of the same or similar breeds, with very few clans having dragons of all types. Those in the clan considered different were treated differently from their clanmates and even in clans with more diversity Lillya felt a distinct lack of friendliness to outsiders. It was then the beginning concept of the Sanctuarium was born.

She met Muladar during a raid of a small village. Savage Mirrors tore through the village’s feeble defenses, decimating everything. Lillya thought she would meet her end as she bravely flew between the Mirrors and the fleeing clan, desperately attempting to blind the attackers long enough to escape. Her untrained attempts at magic were easily ignored in favor of disabling her before leaving her for the dead. Heavily injured, Lillya attempted to crawl to safety, only to give into oblivion as she was (mostly) gently picked up.
The next few weeks were a blur of pain and fever. The bedridden Fae woke on and off, her brief moments of consciousness barely aware enough to listen to stories softly murmured. Yet what little she could hear broke her heart- an outcast not for their actions, but for being born different. In the grip of sickness Lillya could only listen- and wonder. Why would her rescuer stay where they were unwanted? Why did a stranger’s near death convince them to leave?
Those were the first questions she raised when her words finally returned. From the moment she could speak with her rescuer- a soft-hearted Mirror who wanted nothing to do with the pack that raised him - Lillya sought answers. Muladar’s answers horrified Lillya and she refused to let his pack hunt him down for helping her. When he pointed out she wouldn’t be enough to stop them she pointed out she didn’t need to stop them - just keep Muladar safe. And thus began the Sanctuarium.

Current Life
Officially Lillya is the Sanctuarium’s Chief Transcriptionist, one in charge of recording the proceedings of the Council and organization of junior transcriptionists. Unofficially she works with historians and citizens to ensure as much as possible about the Sanctuarium can be documented. From everyday life to formal affairs, Lillya strives to prevent the loss of any information that would cause future historians to misconstruct the Sanctuarium or events related to it.
As a Sanctuarium Founder and former member of the High Council, Lillya is given a position as an Elder for both Councils. Her knowledge and insight are invaluable even as she’s buried in work and time, for there are very few individuals that know more than her about the Sanctuarium.
