personality Qahnaarin is wise, powerful, and strong. He is always kind and loving. He is always open to have conversations with his citizens and anyone else who might come through the city. He makes excellent tea and even better conversation. Despite his gentle giant nature, Qahnaarin is not a force to be trifled with. He is a ridiculously powerful fire mage. He can unleash the inferno upon his enemies. He uses fireballs, flame cleavers, and other flashy moves. Not only can he cause and spread fire, but he can stop it. He is known for his ability to manipulate fire like water mages manipulate liquid. He is artful, elegant, and beautiful with his magic. backstory Qahnaarin was hatched in the Flamecaller's domain. As a child, he was entranced by magic. It was beautiful and incredible. The way that fire could destroy and nurture. The way is could save lives as easily as it took them away. Qahnaarin couldn't get it out of his young mind. But fate was cruel to Qahnaarin and he didn't get a taste of magic. No matter how hard he tried, Qahnaarin couldn't conjure up a single flame. He wanted it so badly. He couldn't wield a sword too well and as a young dragon, Qahnaarin was impatient. He wanted power. He wanted to be a protector and a savior and he would do anything he could to achieve that. He made an appeal to make an appearance before the Flamecaller. He asked for magic. Anything she could do. He wanted magic. The Flamecaller accepted Qahnaarin's appeal. She used Qahnaarin as a host for fire spirits. The spirits inhabited his heart and turned him into the inferno. It became a blessing and a curse. Whenever he used his power, it got stronger, but it hurt more. It became like a constant ache in his chest. With Qahnaarin's newfound power, he became a paladin of the Flamecaller. He learned to wield magic and a sword and used his power to take down an emperor. job Qahnaarin is one of the council members for the empire. He, just like every other council member, dedicates himself to making to best decisions for the empire. As part of his job, he must meet with all the other citizens of the empire to hear what they do and do not like. As the empire is a growing and living organism, it requires the careful hands of strong dragons to guide it into something amazing. |
