Elyria is still fairly young, and she is usually full of energy and can be found perched up somewhere high: she doesn’t walk if she can fly. Talkative and cheerful, she is good friends with most of the clan.

Her task is to manage communications, delivering and accepting the messages her clan members send and receive: as a long-distance flier she is well suited to the job. However, while delivering messages and packets she occasionally uses more time than necessary, looking for anything interesting from rumours to books and beautiful feathers.

As a secondary task she keeps an eye on where everyone actually is around Sornieth, marking the locations on the map in the Great Hall. This includes the nomad caravan, hunting and gathering parties and other more lengthy trips, and allies.

Elyria is a chirpy little rumour collector: everyone knows that she reads the messages before forwarding them to the right dragons. This means that some of the more secretive dragons have started to enspell their messages to keep them hidden from her eyes...

Elyria doesn’t spend much time inside the lair, often staying outside with the harpies and talonok instead and tending the bird familiars. She has won over some of them, and recruited them to work as her assistants and eyes. Elyria’s quarters are slowly filling with her feather collection, and as a hobby she creates beautiful feather ornaments to cheer up the lair and its twisting corridors.
