Biography
A pair of bright green eyes peer out of the heavy foliage. Surveying the area with carefully trained eyes. A few moments pass and they disappear from sight. A voice calls out the all clear and sounds of cheering and chatter fill the area once more. A small green and black dragon leads the way into the clearing, followed by an assortment of other small dragons. All happily chattering away as they prepare for a picnic. Soon the area is full of young dragons all passing around food and snacks before they settle in for a lovely picnic, under the careful watch of their young leader.

Not much is known of Nico's life before Starhaven, but it's better that way. When he was found by Nezeir at age three, he was feral and untrusting. But with time and patience, he eventually softened and found himself a new home and family. All was good until he no longer grew with his older brother, Noxtus. Only being a year younger than his brother meant that they should have grown up the same. But alas, at age seven, Nico was discovered to be eternally youthful. Something that would always bother him. But there was too much to do for Nico to worry about things like that all the time. Even at age seven, he was a skilled hunter and could amass a small haul in only a few hours. He was also fast and sneaky, perfect for surveilling Starhaven's woods. And with the responsibility of the Little Starlights on his shoulders, Nico was a very busy young dragon. But it was still hard to watch others grow and change around him while he stayed the same. |

| Nico glared at the larger dragon, his whole body tensed up and his teeth bared. "I'll bite you!" He threatened. Being on his own since before he could even shake his eggshell off made him very untrusting of any dragons. If they couldn't help him, he wanted them gone. And most of the time a good bite would give him enough time to book it. But not this time. He was cold, starving and hurt. He needed help more than he'd like to admit. A help that the larger dragon was offering. But Nico could never trust blindly. Not if he wanted to survive. |

He scraped little circles into the dirt, unable to fully meet the eyes of the small spiral next to him. "I-I.." Words weren't hard for Nico but right then, He could barely speak. What was it about Linnea that made him all....flustered? His brother and father could express their feelings so why couldn't he!? "I LIKE YOU AND YOU'RE REALLY PRETTY!” He blurted out finally, being far louder that necessary. Linnea jumped a little but Nico didn’t notice as the blush crept in. Before he could register what he was doing, he gave her a small peck on the cheek and took off running. |
