Born from clay and alchemy, Ferro never had a real childhood. She was raised as an experiment by the alchemist Lucrezia and her mate Sulfate, with her father showering praise upon her while her mother treated her like a new trinket to break. Only when Ferro began to have visions did Lucrezia begin to care about her daughter's wellbeing.
The visions Ferro experiences are short, usually of what the deities are doing in any given moment. It has no practical application except for a strange, one-sided companionship between her and the gods.
When Lucrezia and Sulfate surrendered themselves to Eris's lair, Ferro fell under the care of Andromeda and her friend Perseus. Ferro slowly found the family she had lacked under her former parents. She, despite her rough upbringing, remains positive (if a bit snarky).
