Observations & Notes:

Subject #0948 is one of the multiple children of 'Lucent' (Merisym) and 'Shadow' (Tenebrum). Given the alias 'Purity' for his pale white appearance, the name was soon discovered to be quite an apt description. Subject #0948's abilities make it so that he never ages past hatchling hood, and renders him mentally as mature as a hatchling at his physical age.

It also appears that Subject #0948 can heal those he touches, causing scars to fade and wounds to seal. This effect is uncontrolled, though control has not been attempted, for the effects appear to be only positive.

Observations & Notes:

Chicanery is one of the more terrifying Runecatchers to be studied. His powers render him physically unchangeable, meaning he is physically a hatchling and essentially indestructible. Mentally however, he is as mature as a normal dragon his age. His apparent youthful innocence is an act to lure more dragons to him, and for dragons who are suspicious to doubt his ability to be a threat.

Chicanery's ability superficially appears to be healing (and was only healing before he invoked his runes), but it is much more complex. While healing the body, his power alters the mind of his target, causing them to harbor positive emotions towards him, have weaker positive emotions towards others, and have strong negative emotions towards others, especially those whom Chicanery dislikes. With all of that, his healing appears to have an addictive quality to it. This leads to dragons becoming increasingly dependent on him over time, eventually leading to them cutting off connections to others and spending all of their time taking care of Chicanery.
