xxx Within the frigid expanse of the Everloft, Camilla fights for the glory of the Icewarden. Perhaps due to her harsh upbringing in the stormy region of the Shifting Expanse, Camilla is a dragon that inspires fear and a twisted respect in those around her. She is an unwavering disciple, devoted and dedicated to the service of her clan's deity. Camilla is formidable to look upon. Her scales shimmer with power gained by countless battles fought and won in the name of service, seeming to emanate from the very depths of her soul. Her wings, vast and powerful, carry her far and wide in search of those willing to devote themselves to the cause as she has done. Though her form is imposing, it is her eyes that many say are truly captivating, radiating intense purpose and resolve. Camilla holds herself and her recruits to the highest of standards. She expects nothing but perfection from those under her tutelage and often pushes her charges beyond their limits. Her methods are strict and uncompromising, her discipline unyielding. Beneath her stern exterior lies an almost fanatic devotion. Her dedication to training others in service of the Icewarden knows no bounds. She trains her recruits with a sense of duty and purpose, pushing her values of loyalty, obedience and sacrifice upon them. To train under her guidance is to walk the path of the utterly devout, to surrender oneself entirely to the Icewarden. Perhaps in spite of her formidable reputation among the Everloft dragons, Camilla is a solitary dragon. Her path in life, one of unwavering commitment to her deity, has pushed her to eschew comforts such as companionship and family that many others of her clan take for granted. She instead chooses to dedicate herself wholly to her self-imposed sacred duty. Her isolating, a perceived consequence of the many sacrifices she has made during her service. Camilla struggles to connect with others on a personal level. Throughout her many years of service, Camilla has made but two friends. One, a dragon named Luminescent, sought her training and counsel so that she might better serve her own clan in the same way. During her intense sessions, an unexpected bond sprouted between the two and Luminescent's return home was bittersweet. Some time later, Luminescent's daughter, Radiant, sought out the Everloft dragons as her mother did before her. Camilla saw much of Luminescent in her daughter and, to her clan's surprise, quickly brought the young Nocturne under her wing. Overtime, the two developed a strong sense of kinship, viewing each other almost as mother and daughter. Though her path in life may be mostly solitary, Camilla remains a figure of steadfast dedicate and resolve, guarding her faith against adversity. Her burdens may be heavy, but she carries them with dignified grace, knowing her sacrifices serve a much higher purpose.
