Toridae Mythology 		An alchemist of unmatched skill and intuition, Salem acts as the primary apothecary and scrollsmith for the clan. Dragons from all corners of the Plague-lands seek her out for various remedies, hexes, or scrolls. A cure for all ills can be found in her various potions, and her warren is full of bottles and beakers swirling with mysterious concoctions. Dried herbs and other components of her work are hung from the ceiling or heaped haphazardly along shelves. Stacks of scrolls inhabit every other available surface. In the center of Salem's workshop is an enormous cauldron, blackened with age and pitted with the scars of past experiments gone wrong. Within, something ominous and strange is constantly brewing..

Salem is largely reclusive, and rarely ventures out of her caves if not required to secure a particular ingredient or perform some odd ritual under the stars. Her voice is surprisingly ragged, but her eyes are clear and her scales are bright. While much of her appearance is that of a dragon in her prime, her rough voice and the swaths of fungus growing from beneath her scales suggest otherwise. No one is entirely sure how old she is or even when she came to the clan. Perhaps she has simply always been here. 		Feisty Poison
