As a young hatchie AngelLure got lost in the Waterways of the Hewn City, or rather ran away to them-as she prefers to tell it. She made friends with the dark denizens of the sewers, both dragon and beast, learning all sorts of treachery and traps to catch even the most cunning of creatures. She never really desired the light of the upper worlds; such light would only obscure her own beauty and brilliance.

Thus, she made her way deeper and deeper into the tunnels, which oddly ended in the Leviathan Trench. The watery darkness suited her perfectly and she soon joined the Hounds of Tidelord pack-though not without a great deal of resistance. The leader of the pack, TideCourage, found her heritage a sign of weakness, and it took all her cunning to convince him otherwise. Specifically, it was the destruction of a whole deepsea pod of Maren via a single rock trap that earned her position.

Her mate is the intelligent but timid, TrenchTorrent, and together their hunting territory is the Leviathan Trench. Her main hunting tactic is to lure creatures dwelling in the depths with her flashing neon scales and lights, and occasionally even singing. Those who hope to make a meal out her will soon realize too late that she has led them into a trap. The trap being the maws of the pack, one of her wild contraptions or most likely her large hunting partner, GoblinShark.

When not creating new traps or studying the habits of her prey, AngelLure likes to sing for the denizens of the Abyssal Acropolis. And while it does her earn a bit of coin for her contraptions and to live comfortably, that is not really what drives her to sing. She desires, no hungers, for attention and eager crowds to feed her vanity. She wishes to be the light in the dark, the sun which all revolve around. She has earned quite a bit of admiration and attention from her fans, but it never really feels enough.

Yet the loneliness never really bothers her too long, she is always thinking up new ways to satisfy desires. Her new desire is SolarShoal, Captain of the Acropolis Trident Guard, and her current plan of attack is to try out new and greater ways to protect the Acropolis. And if she can’t get his attention, well she always has her Rat King, “King” who she can cuddle with.
