Biography

I was cast out by my previous home; being told I was nothing more than worthless. I sought a new family, one that will remain with me. A place that could accept a worthless nothing like me, who could perhaps see the potential in me that I couldn’t. I was still young, just a hatchling while I was in this situation. Never knowing when I would be sent to the slaughter, or perhaps even worse; sold off to a strange land, giving me false hope only to be killed later. I begged for some miracle, I pleaded with whichever deity could hear my cries. I wanted a home, a family to call mine.
Then, as I sat on the shores looking out upon the waters I saw them, dragons flying high in the sky, riding the winds freely. Oh how fun it seemed. I cried out to them, hoping they could hear me. I felt my heart skip as they looked at me, a worthless nothing, mere fodder. They flew over to me and saw how alone and scared I was. They opened their wings and offered me what I never thought i’d see; a home. After living each passing day of my early life fearing my sudden end, I found a safe haven. They care for me, love me, and have made me stronger than I ever thought I could be. I don’t regret being birthed where I was. Because of such a harsh hatchling life it made me into the fighter I am today. I will continue to fight, and perhaps one day save other hatchlings from living out the torment I endured.
