Nothra's egg was created by filling a shell of specially treated bone with Wahydra's blood. The artisan Verthandi created this shell with a motif of Daggers. The shell was then sealed and invigorated with a spark of energy taken from Harkin's internal engines. When she was hatched, the bone shell was incorporated into the new dragon's body, becoming the heavy defensive plates which fortify her back, legs, and skull, as well as her claws and teeth. The result was the stunning sanguine guardian, Nothochrysa. A dragon of animated blood with impenetrable bony plates to protect her graceful, flowing body.
