The Wind Original, Clan Leader

Stern, serious, good leader. She's gotten the clan out of more than few sticky situations with other clans, dragon or otherwise. Willow isn't a dragon to be underestimated. She will exact punishing revenge if her Clan is attacked.
She's generally dismissed by larger dragons or other clan leaders, until she stares them down-- there are rumours that she's intimidated a three-headed Emperor into standing down before, but only Beach knows if this is true. Unfortunately he won't say anything about it, despite being the Lorekeeper...
She keeps a record of her travels in her tome, which, as of settling with her Clan, has become like her diary, Clan record, and to-do list.

A practical dragon, Willow has delegated a lot of running her Sanctuary to other dragons.

Anaster manages the Beasts' Bolthole,
a refuge for strange non-dragon
creatures. She also co-leads the
Sanctuary at large, using her social
skills to soothe ruffled
feathers and bring joy here.

Kirin is the Treasurer,
who handles the financials.
Also co-leads the Sanctuary,
helping others with finances
and organizing the free food,
water, and housing for everyone

Beach is the Lorekeeper, who
holds a lot of history and
records of dragon, beastclan,
and other cultures in his head.

Azulea manages the unsavoury bits of the Clan, she deals in illegal things and dark dangers so they never get the chance to hurt the Sanctuary.

Ruvyn is head of Clan Security,
which consists of him, his Charge, and the Gaolers, usually. He is the rallying head if the Sanctuary comes under open, large-scale attack, though he will let Willow call strategies and maneuvers.

Perlapoi runs the Merchant Market, the one place to buy or sell anything in the Clan. Includes illegal deals and trades of stolen property, as long as it originated outside the Sanctuary.

The Masters teach classes in their specialty skillsets. Azulea teaches Espionage, Unahara Hunting, Verdant Botany, Bubblegum Fighting, Sharif Crafts, Dawn Wizardry, and Darwin Mathematics and Sciences.

The Ambassadors deal matters in-between and within Flights, sometimes illegally. Each has a Flight Embassy to look after. It's where the paperwork happens, mostly. Hasali, Helios, Dawn, Tuligay, Astrohaunt, Perlapoi, Shadeshimmer, Sappharuby, Bifla, Duske, and Darwin head their Flights.

Mezcla and Fyr

Her oldest familiar is Mezcla, and is Willow's mount when the Clan battles. Mezcla is ridiculously strong, but she was tamed so quickly by Willow, it was startling. Mezcla is a good babysitter for the hatchlings, along with Nyctomatria.
Mezcla's twin, Fyr, appeared during one of Willow's "sanity trips" out of the Clan, and was a joint taming project between Willow and Mezcla. Now, the two chimaeras guard the Clan and faithfully take care of their draconic family.

Little Guide

Little Dream

A more recent familiar fam addition, Little Guide is, well, the tour guide for new additions to the Clan. Their connection to Little Dream, Swefenu's Familiar, allows them to know things that they really shouldn't. Little Dream has the ability to see the dreams of sentient beings, and can share information gathered that way with Little Guide, which helps Guide guide dragons to where they really need to be.
