Being the son of two fighting dragons, it seemed only natural that his Charge would lead him in the same direction. As soon as he was grown, he turned to the training grounds, sparring with whoever was willing. Three weeks have passed since his hatch day, and yet his parents were still hanging out around in his mother's home clan. Deciding he cannot wait any longer, he announced his leave and went to look for someone in need of a strong dragon. While they wanted to send him off with a set of armor, he declined. He'll earn his own along the way. After travelling for days, he finally reached the Ashfall Waste. Carribean wandered among the lava pools in search of food, it's been two days since he last ate. Besides, those salamanders looked tasty... He was about to pounce on a salamander when another dragon pounced on it first. The dragon was a female guardian disguised as a molten lava. "Hi there!" The female guardian finally saw him and greeted him cheerfully. "Ugh, hello." Carribean responded warily, this stranger is weird and she definitely stole his dinner. "My name's Skyfall. What's your name?" She asked curiously. "I'm Carribean and ugh... You just stole my dinner." "Oh, sorry! How 'bout you come with me? Consider it as payment for stealing your dinner." Skyfall smiled in apology. The two guardians trudged through the fiery pools of lava, stopping once in awhile to catch dinner. Finally, they reached a cave with small pools of lava just near the entrance. "Welcome to Clan Omega!" Skyfall said cheerfully. After that day, things got better for Carribean. He met the clan leader, Nightmare, and learned some battle tips and skills from the blood red guardian. He also teamed up with the clan's warriors, though he was surprised to know that Skyfall is one of them. He even spent time training the hatchlings with Yuki. During his time at the clan, he seemed to be attached with a certain cheery female guardian. He never knew why but when they're always sparring he would stare at her dreamily. At times he even spaces out to daydream about her. When he was about to leave the clan to go home, the clan gave him some trinkets and armor to bring home. Skyfall even gave him a special trinket that he would definitely keep safe. The cheery guardian was sad to see him leave. But he told her to cheer up and maybe one day they'll meet again. With his bag filled with trinkets, he said his farewell to the clan and flew off to the direction of Windswept Plateau. |
