she was out on her own. searching for somewhere to go. a deity to serve. a life to live. ugh. what was this feeling in her throat? was it the sadness? the hurt? she collapsed. turns out living underwater your whole life means you never know the meaning of thirst.

divine awoke, water draining down her throat. six dragons stood above her. a small clan it seemed, just starting a new life. tired and weary dearie? oh, you'd fit right in. please, join us. we need someone strong hearted like you. the candy-colored dragon had seemed to start this clan herself, who better to be invited in by? but... a life in a clan? away from the duties of the deities?...she accepted.
