Ario

A member of Reaver's court. A prophet/seer who started out as a devoted follower of the Arcanist, but forsake him for reasons I have yet to think up. He's ancient, clever, very tricky, conceited and petty.
He feels better and smarter than everyone around him and takes delight in letting them know this. His full name is Arioleporis, but he goes by Rio or Ario in casual conversation, though he'll only allow very select dragons to call him that. The rest needs to remember the stupidly long name he chose for himself, and woe to those who misspell it in a note or a letter.
Where Somnis acts as the Reaver's muscle, Rio is the main advisor. The two don't much care for each other and keep their interactions businesslike. They'll never call each other friends, but they realize that they need the skills of both of them to further their master's objectives. They even occasionally go on missions together.
