Mabli

A former member of the same unsavory clan that Violet left behind. Mabli was appointed as Violet’s bodyguard, though in practice his role mostly consisted of looking intimidating during negotiations and interrogations, with actual fights being few and far between. When Mabli received news of the boss’s downfall, he was surprised when Violet invited him to flee with him to a clan in the Tsunami Flats. Still, Mabli accepted without hesitation, and stayed by Violet’s side even when the clan turned out to have moved.
When the two stumbled into Clan Moonwake, Mabli was initially taken aback by the sheer oddity of the place. Sure, he’d heard Arcane dragons could be a bit out there, but the Guardian who was apparently Violet’s mother had teeth on her scales. Mabli was also fairly certain he’d seen a ghost in the forest on the way to the clan, but when he asked one of the older residents, they asked him "which one?", and he decided right then to drop the subject. He’s adjusting fairly well to the more relaxed atmosphere and strange clanmates, though he tends to stay by Violet’s side out of habit.
