Skamp

Skamp stood at the edge of a long-lost temple deep within the Viridian Labyrinth. Watching, waiting. Acting as a sentry. No one was allowed near the sacred place he called his home. Then, he would chase his prey down until it collapsed in the never ending game of the hunt. Such was life. One day a pale coatl arrives at his doorstep and changes everything.
At first he saw her as an enemy until she began leaving treasure at the temple's doorstep, thinking him a jungle spirit in exchange for passage through these strange lands. He became curious, so in exchange he left bits and pieces of his kills for her. This strange ritual between them lasted for months, until finally he let the coatl take refuge in his domain. She had been lost for quite some time now. He came to care for her and taught everything he knew about hunting to the traveler known as Artist, so she didn't have to trade for her meals. They grew to be fast friends, and the duo would become a trio once Brimston arrived in their mix, talking of exciting ideals...
Eventually he would become Brimston's right hand of their newfound clan, and the leader of hunting parties.

Skamp can only fly very short distances before tiring out, so instead he utilizes his wings for steering with the wind and gliding.
