One of the five Noble Crowns of The Evenglade Manor. Cecil had her eye on her title from an early age, living as the little princess at her father's side until he eventually stepped down. During this pampered childhood, she saw much of what her father—in her opinion—was doing wrong. Before the crown even touched her head, she knew how she wanted to rule.

The Diamond Crown she holds is a symbol of elegance, wealth, and pureness—three things that Cecil aspires to be a role model of. In the past, this crown's wearers have been treasurers and bankers, but Cecil has raised the bar and added economist and businesswoman to the family resume.

The pressure of Cecil's title weighs on her with every carat, but she refuses to show weakness and tarnish her heritage. In fact, in her determination to surpass the father whom she never thought was respected, Cecil has gone as far as to change her breed, slimming down from a Snapper to a Pearlcatcher. All for the sake of her royal appearance.

Her subjects—and even her fellow royals—may find her to be insecure, conceited, and harsh, but no one can deny the outstanding successes she's brought to the noble name.
