One of the five Noble Crowns of The Evenglade Manor. Amarissa took her title proudly—and at a young age—as the next in a rich line of royals whose rule is rooted in charity. Her family still surrounds and supports her in her new position. However, since her line has been operating away from Evenglade for some time, she returns to Evenglade with a Plague bloodline. Her incredible warmth of heart has made her origins an issue for no one.

Generous kings and queens of old lived (and live still) with the happiness of their subjects as their primary goal. Each wearer of the Orange Crown (oft-times called the Sunflower Crown) is a friend to every dragon in their care. Instead of being served by their people, these nobles are often the servers, performing musical arts for their subjects' enjoyment (dance, in Amarissa's case).

When their subjects are wronged, however, it is said the wearers of the Sunflower Crown are terrifying in their anger, and they battle with all the might of the sun for justice. Amarissa has yet found the need to bring about this fierceness.
