"I get lost in this world without you."

Coming from frigid lands like Anouk, she had to get used to the fact that the Tangled Woods weren't as cold as there. But she was never one for the cold. She preferred to stay warm and cozy, and besides, you can't sing very well when you're frozen, or at least freezing.
Being a lightning dragon originally, the harsh weather of the Southern Icefields wasn't her favorite. And thus, with permission from her clan leader, she left, off to find a slightly warmer place to live.

It is when she came across Hefin, who was just on his way from a festival at the Sea of a Thousand Currents back to the Tangled Wood. The bard and she struck op a conversation, and traveled together for a while, Hefin playing music, and Anouk singing along. When it was time to part ways, the goodbye was short, yet difficult. In the short time that the two had traveled together, they had formed a small bond. Anouk moved, to travled towards the Sunbeam Ruins, but whilst going there, singing, she stopped midway, realizing that singing wasn't as fun when Hefin wasn't around.

She turned around, and made her way back into the Tangled Woods. It took her a few days, but when she finally found the clan where Hefin stayed, she told him that she felt lost without him, and hoped that they could sing together forever more.

Anouk is pairbonded with Hefin.
