Scout

When Comet decided to stay in the clan, he had two reasons. One was Holly, to him she was the perfect Christmas dragon. After hearing his parent's story about how hard it was to find a Christmas mate, he decided that if Holly would have him, he would stay with her. The second reason was that he felt that Karli needed all the loyal dragons she could get with all the controversy that Contralto and his gang were causing.

Knowing that being a Christmas dragon made him special, he made sure that when he joined Ratha's rank of scouts to inform her of his extra duties during the Christmas season. She assured him that it wouldn't be a problem if he had to leave scouting for the two months surrounding Christmas as long as he made the Christmas season very special for everyone. It definitely took a lot of stress off of him knowing that he had a leader who understood his extra responsibilities.
