Biography
Spy
Christmas came to the clan as a new hatchling, looking for another Christmas dragon, knowing from what his mother had told him that they were few and far between. It didn't help that they didn't breed very often, so you had to find the right mate at just the right time. So when he saw Dancer, he knew it was meant to be. Not only was she the perfect Christmas dragon, she loved everything about the season and reveled in it. He took so much pleasure in watching her enjoy her favorite season.
They had one nest their first season together, two Christmas boys that were the perfect combination of the two. He couldn't explain his joy when his son Comet decided to stay in the clan with Holly and continue the Christmas life. Sure most of their children might not come out Christmas dragons, but those that did would continue on the tradition. Only time would tell and he couldn't wait to see his grandchildren next season.
Christmas and Dancer were aware of the strife in the clan, of the issues that Contralto and his gang were causing but tried not to get sucked into the issues. They had raised Holly since she had arrived at the clan and reassured her that it didn't matter what that gang said, she was part of the clan and an accepted member. Comet choosing to stay and be her mate just sealed that even more. Christmas had heard that among some of the newer dragons there was fear that if they weren't a second or third generation they would be kicked out of the clan. He made sure to inform Tempest and Velpulca of the worries of the younglings just in case Karli hadn't heard the fears over all of Contralto's whining. Beyond that, they tried to focus on their duties in the clan and making everyone happy during the Christmas season.
As a spy for the clan he was in the unique position that he got to work side by side with the dissenters. Impa was the loudest among them, trying to convince everyone in their group of spies that everything Contralto said was true. Being the lead spy, none of the others were really willing to disagree with her but Christmas knew that none of them actually agreed with her either. Since he was in such a unique position he kept Tempest and Vulpecula informed of what was being said behind their Leader's back.
