Biography
Radia is old, and she is tired. She has fought hard for each and every one of the Remaining, moving from a brash and playful young Guardian to a mellow matriarch with a precious Charge to a stern, slow leviathan as an Incisor at Camp Bonecradle. She is a well-honed predator, her few Coliseum scars long since healed over and stretched by growing skin. Her heavy armor is nigh weightless to her, as she wears it almost constantly, hiding the small and oddly-shaped shard of sacridite that is her Charge in her banner's metal brace. But slowly, Radia is becoming less and less interested in the affairs of the Remaining and Camp Bonecradle. Her thoughts turn often towards the Wyrmwound, and the glory of simplicity that serving the Foul One would bring. Still, she will not leave her Clan defenseless, not after all she has done to make sure they will thrive. She must train a new Incisor, another young dragon who will be better suited to the demands and needs of a Clan, before she will allow herself to make the final journey into the Wyrmwound and give herself over to the Plaguebringer's will. Monarch has made herself known to Radia as that young dragon, and has taken over most of the matriarchal duties of the Remaining so that Radia can focus her diminished energy on training Boneblades and imparting the knowledge Monarch will need. All that's left is to raise Monarch from an adequate fighter who can stand her ground to a stunning opponent who will crush anything in her path, as Radia did before her. |
