Say hello to Zomar, who was previously known as Twilight, grandson to the leaders, and the clan's first Counselor!
This Gaurdian used to go by the name of Twilight since that was also the color of his tertiary and where the inspiration came from, but as he got older, he began to want a change and to have something special. After acquiring a Naming Scroll, and pouring over new name ideas, his was finally changed to the current one he has now :)

Zomar is a kind dragon who cares for others and is well-liked within the clan. He can be a bit headstrong and stubborn at times, but otherwise he is a great fellow and gets along great with most. He has a curiosity about the world around him, and was greatly intrigued by what goes on inside other's heads. So, as he went to school within the SkyWings clan and spending time in Erigore's classes, he also discovered his fascination with learning about how the brain works and why Dragons do the things they do, and delved into studying more about this thing called psychology. As he poured himself into learning all that he could, he felt as though he found his true calling, and when he came of age, set up his own practice within the clan where he could offer mental health help to those in need.
Zomar also has a peculiar fascination with the sea, and when he wanders around outside, he often-times finds himself drawn to it. He likes to take nature walks as well, where he can spend some alone time to think, decompress and relax and take his mind of the days' events, and possibly go for a swim, too. Though he is Wind-aligned, he feels something deep inside call him to the edge of the gusty territory and beyond to the watery depths below. He loves being in the water and swimming in the Sea of a Thousand Currents, but makes sure to never overstay his welcome and returns to his rightful home on the Windswept Plateau. However, from all the time he has spent underwater, a small collection of anemonies and barnacles have begun growing along his hide, and a small entourage of fish follows him around on his dives. But Zomar doesn't mind, and finds he enjoys the company of his sea-dwelling companions.
For Guardians: what is their charge? What are they guarding?
This Gaurdian found his charge when he followed his grandparents to the Auction House one day. From then on, he felt a special connection with the Tundra he spotted, and now works to protect her with every ounce of his being :)


This pink dragon came from the bonding between his father & mother, though they never really married. They worked to raise him & his siblings, but somehow it seemed to not be enough for his Skydancer father, and CranberryGem eventually left the clan to serve Exalted under Windsinger. The family was proud of him for doing so, but now that meant Moriah was stuck with the children all on her own, until Cranberry's brother, Zomar's biological uncle, DuskFall, stepped in and picked up where the Skydancer's brother had left off. It was a very weird situation at first, but Zomar could see the love between them that had seemed to lack in his mother's previous relationship. A short while later, they wedded, and his uncle became his step-dad, and a bit after that, Moriah & DuskFall welcomed in their own children. Though it seemed odd to Zomar at first, after a time, he warmed up to his new step-dad and they formed a close bond. He also enjoyed spending time with his new half-siblings and learned each of their personalities and became close to them, as well.
As he grew up and focused on his studies, Zomar never felt that he had really, truly found his charge or something to protect. He wondered what it might be since the calling was there and prominent. He'd heard that sometimes a Gaurdian's charge could even be their mate, but for the longest time, Zomar remained single, even as more & more dragons joined the clan. He was about ready to give up on the search, and live within the clan and accept his fate as a charge-less dragon until Gabrian suggested they check the Auction House, just for the heck of it. The Garudian didn't think anything would come of it, but he accepted anyways, and followed the yellow Skydancer to the building. His grandparents and the leaders of the clan, Valen & GoldSong, tagged along for they also had some business to attend to within the AH.

(work this in somehow--Working alongside his Tundra wife and raising his children together, they grew up to be productive members of the clan. Through his journey of fatherhood, he found that it was challenging at times, yet fun, and has been told by other Dragons in the clan that he makes a great father, and his kids couldn't agree more. He has a great personality and is great with kids and just knew one day that he'd make a great dad... so when Fracture told him the great news, he couldn't be more excited.)
Familiar--
Being one of the first Dragons in the clan paired with a Familiar, he had Duskfall constantly watching him and his River Muck... and actually, this was one of the ways Duskfall discovered his calling, too, so Duskfall has a lot to thank Zomar for. So far, though, there hasn't been any problems and this River Muck is the most loyalest Familiar Duskfall has ever seen and follows Zomar like a shadow... even though Zomar gets tired of having to clean up the mess of its squishy trail that it leaves behind... XD

Because of his love of psychology, and his great advice-giving, problem solving and Dragon (people) skills, he role in the clan is Counselor! Dragons just happened to come to him with their problems since he was so friendly, but after learning more about the world around him, he became better at the advice-giving and problem solving and reached out to the Dragons with showing them ways they could change or fix what was wrong in their lives. :D
He also works to help others in the clan who show a similar interest in his field of career, and he guides those in the clan who have also chosen to take up Counseling as their profession.
