Raised by her Moonsinger parents of Siltaria's Lair, she loved to watch her parents rise into the moonlight on special nights and magically hang still in the air spreading peace and wonder in the night. Their beautiful songs would bring the lair to tears. and quiet even the most troublesome hatchling. She always knew her parents were special, but when she tried to join them, try as she might to feel the power as her parents did, she would drop and be unable to stop flapping her wings. She would cry some nights and her mother would always console her by telling her that when her powers were ready, she would find them. Now that she was no longer a hatchling, she is ready to discover her own moon powers in her runes. They tingle now, and she just knows, deep in her heart, that she is something special...

The day had finally come for the Great sylvan a trained and powerful mage to come from faraway lands to her new home. To Selune it was just another day or so she thought..

Upon the arrival of Sylvan Selune's runes burst into bright light and burned there permanent marks deep into her scales. Selune fell to the floor with a loss of breath and a loud roar of pain knowing that her magic had just been awoken, but not knowing why.
