Similar to werewolves, Moonbeasts are influenced by the moon. However, there are major differences. All have a permanent beast-like appearance and by night they “lose control” becoming primal, savage, bloodthirsty, and destructive.

The degree to which they lose control depends on the phase of the moon.

Physical features such as claws, fangs, and muscular build might become exaggerated and more pronounced as the moon phase progresses towards Full. Some Moonbeasts have worked so hard to discipline themselves that they only lose complete control on nights of a Full Moon.

NOTE: Originally a Wildclaw before the curse befell her.
