Novella was one of three apprentices recruited by Folia to become Society of Soul's members. She was the daughter of southern villagers, and like her siblings was to be raised as a farmer. Her vision, however, slowly became worse and worse. Soon she could barely see without glasses, yet she could now talk to the ghosts of her ancestors.
Novella happily took the apprenticeship at Eris's lair. She now spends her time studying how to control her powers and use them to help lost spirits. She is excited, high energy, and constantly mimicking her classmates. Her and Hace have become close friends due to their high-paced personalities, and the two of them are often found roaming the nearby mesas.
