Samira is the founder of the Darkhollow Clan; originally born of lightning, she and her mate set out with their small clan to find a new home after Sigurd had troubling visions of dark happenings. They ended up in the territory of Shadow, making their new home in the depths of the forest. She trusts her mate and his visions completely, despite the strangeness of the people they've begun to attract.

Samira was born in the scrublands of the Lightning plains. She was alone for most of her life, eking a living off of passing clans. She has grown since then into a powerful, steadfast leader. She can be brash, but she is smart and cunning. She stays close to Sigurd, keeping him safe and sane, listening to his visions.
