Lisse

If someone put Lisse and Sapphire next to each other, and watched them for a few hours, they'd be forgiven for forgetting which is which. Whenever Sapphire isn't clinging to Momma, Lisse is riding Daddy's back. But where Sapphire is enamored with everything that goes on in the clan, Lisse focuses more on the hunting expeditions, who go and bring back the tasty, tasty meat she eats every night. Then she looks at everything in the hoard and wonders, maybe there's a way to make the food even tastier?
These days, Lisse spends much of her time outside by a small campfire, roasting and cooking food in various culinary experiments. She adds salt, pepper, and some of the more exotic spices Esten and Rydian, or her brother Chervil, bring bag from their travels.

At night, the clan gathers in the main atrium, a large cavern right at the entrance that's been expanded upon over time, to share and chat, laughing and making merry. Lisse stays in the back with a wide, fang-filled grin on her snout as they eat her roasted edamame, or croaker jerky. They like her food. They like her food!

It makes her feel like her heart could burst. With more space for the clan comes more dragons, and from that comes more mouths to feed. Netherwind's bug catching, Periwinkle's hunting, Harris and Diane's fishing and Forestfalcon's gardening are all well and good for getting raw calories. But it takes her eye to turn those into something palatable.

Not that Lisse mines tearing into raw, bloody meat. She doesn't think there's a mirror alive who does. But she'd be a liar if she said there wasn't so much room to improve. Spices, seasonings, cooking, battering, the list goes on. Though if the clan keeps growing like this, she may need to take on an apprentice.
