Is a cyborg.

Alarms blare loudly overhead as a sudden flash zooms by. The guards are stunned, they don't know how to react.
"Wait... Was that...?" One guard looks to the other. Their bright, purple eyes meet in the dark and both take off after their escapee. The dark shape zigzags erratically through the sky, dodging the guards. His skin flashing purple as he passes in front of the moon.
"We have to catch him... Or else we will be the next test subjects!"
Both of the guards converge to intercept the escaped dragon when.... *Crash*!
The guards slam into each other and fall into the water below. The black dragon stops and checks his surroundings. His emblems glow brightly in the night. He looks southwest with blank eyes that slowly gleam with hope and takes off.
He is the escaped, and he will never return to that dreadful place...
