Liriel is definitely the mom of the group. She spends a lot of her time helping the other dragons of the clan and most everybody is comfortable coming to her with their problems. Of course, she never was one to sit still and wait for adventures, so a couple times a year she will leave the clan completely under Aziraror. Other dragons get a little anxious during these times, but they know she will come back eventually. She just wants to get to know the forest again and reset her mind a bit.

Liriel and Rala go way back. In Liriel's birth clan, she helped take care of the little hatchlings, and she believed she would be content with this the rest of her life. However, one day she met a little fae who spoke of twisting windstorms and sweeping cliffs in the wind domain that absolutely enchanted her. Their paths continued to cross with greater and greater frequency until the fae asked her to join the humble wind clan. They only had a couple of members and would adore her help with the hatchlings. Liriel realized that clan needed her a lot more than the one she was currently in, one filled with dragons who could take her place, and decided to embark on her first great journey.

-Liriel loves nature and Aziraror doesn't get in the way of her flights of fancy (He's learned from his mistakes).
-Liriel is frequently out and about when she isn't needed. Sometimes she brings back a twig or flower to put in Aziraror's extensive treasury.
